“As a child I was always dazzled by the performances of artists on stage. I was lucky enough to have parents who would regularly take me to see ballets, plays, concerts, exhibitions, and it awakened a passion for the stage in me. From that moment on I was dreaming to shine as bright as them in front of an audience“
I pursued that dream that lead me where I am now, at the start of a promising career as an actress. But reality structured my dream, life added that extra something that made me realise that being in front of the camera, under the spotlights wasn’t enough for me. I had to be given a voice.
I was always writing stories in different notebooks, and started doing it even more in my travels. But I recently decided to make the leap and bring my stories to life. I’m currently co-writing my first feature film with a friend, and shadowing director friends on their projects. This really symbolises a new chapter in my life, one where I’ll be involved in projects that are closer to me, and where I’ll hopefully be able to make a stand in the world.”
